1. Overview

Auto post mkt 2026 ("the App") is an internal-use content automation tool operated by Marketing Expert. The App publishes content to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts owned by Marketing Expert. The App is not made available to third-party users.

2. Data Collected from Facebook / Instagram

The App accesses the following data via the Meta Graph API, and only with explicit OAuth consent of the page admin:

• Page metadata (page id, name, follower count) — used to identify the destination of posts.
• Page Access Tokens — stored locally to publish posts on behalf of the page admin.
• Linked Instagram Business Account id and username — used to publish to the connected Instagram account.
• Post engagement counts (likes, comments, shares — public metrics) — used solely to debug delivery issues.

The App does not collect personal data from page followers, page mentions, comments by users, or private messages.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All API tokens and page metadata are stored locally on the operator's machine in state/fb_pages.json and channels.yaml. No data is transmitted to any third-party server other than Meta's official Graph API endpoints (graph.facebook.com).

Generated images are temporarily uploaded to public file hosts (catbox.moe, tmpfiles.org, or Cloudinary) solely to make them retrievable by Instagram's image_url field during the IG publish step. The hosted URLs are not shared with third parties.

Tokens are retained for as long as the operator continues to use the App. The operator may delete state/fb_pages.json at any time to revoke the App's local copy.

4. Data Sharing

The App does not sell, rent, or share data with third parties. Data is only transmitted to:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Graph API — to publish posts on the operator's own pages.
• Anthropic API — to generate the Thai-language captions from the source YouTube transcript.
• Public image hosts (catbox.moe / tmpfiles.org / Cloudinary) — only for temporarily hosting the generated post image.

5. User Rights (GDPR / PDPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of data the App holds about you by emailing suchart.chue@gmail.com. Page admins may also revoke the App's access at any time via Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

6. Security

The App runs on the operator's local machine. Tokens are not transmitted over public networks except to Meta's official Graph API over HTTPS.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
