1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Auto post mkt 2026 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is an internal-use content automation tool operated by Marketing Expert. It is not available to third-party users.

2. Description of Service

The App takes a YouTube video URL as input, generates a Thai-language summary post (image + caption) using Anthropic's Claude API, and publishes the result to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts owned and operated by Marketing Expert.

3. Acceptable Use

The App is used exclusively to publish original Thai-language educational content (summaries, commentary, course promotion) on pages owned by the operator. The App will not be used to:

• Post spam, misinformation, or content that violates Meta's Community Standards.
• Access or post on pages not owned by the operator.
• Scrape user data or harvest follower information.
• Send unsolicited messages or comments.

4. Intellectual Property

Source YouTube content is attributed in each post (channel name, subscriber count, link). Generated commentary is original work by Marketing Expert, written with AI assistance, and does not reproduce more than fair-use excerpts of the source.

5. Liability

The App is provided "as is". Marketing Expert is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Termination

The operator may stop using the App at any time. Meta may revoke the App's access if it violates Meta Platform Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
